Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – The West Virginia State Police will hold a sobriety checkpoint along Route 16 in Oak Hill between State Street and Ridgewood Avenue on Thursday.
The checkpoint will be in operation from 6 p.m. to midnight on December 11.
Police will use the checkpoint to detect and deter impaired drivers and educate the public about the dangers of driving under the influence.
