State of Emergency issued for some towns in Fayette County

FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Fayette County Commission has issued a LOCAL STATE OF EMERGENCY for the areas of Oak Hill, Minden, Scarbro, Whipple due to todays flash flooding.

If you have been affected by today flooding and need shelter, a shelter has been OPEN at Warm Hands from Warm Heart on Main Street in Oak HIll.
