McDowell County, WV (WOAY) – Splendor Valley Road in McDowell County will be closed from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday, February 21.
Crews will be replacing a short span bridge right at the beginning of the road.
Drivers should expect delays in the area and should plan ahead.
