Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – A Fayette County man has been sentenced to 4 to 60 years in prison for delivery.
Phillip Moore, a 77-year-old man from Hilltop, was arrested for helping traffic drugs in Hilltop.
Police raided his house in 2024 and found cocaine, scales, and U.S. currency.
