CHARLESTON, WV (WOAY)- Senator Joe Manchin announced today via Twitter that he has tested positive for COVID-19. Senator Manchin is fully vaccinated and boosted. However, he is experiencing mild symptoms and plans to follow CDC guidelines to quarantine by working remotely.
