Raleigh County, WV (WOAY)- Drivers in Raleigh County, take note of a traffic change coming next week.
Starting Monday, July 21, through Thursday, July 25, Route 3/18, also known as Old Eccles Road, will be reduced to one lane at its junction with WV Route 16 for concrete slab replacement work.
If you’re entering Old Eccles Road from Route 16, you’ll still be able to do so.
However, traffic leaving Old Eccles Road will be detoured to Colton Loop during the closure.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time, follow posted signs, and use caution in the work zone.
