Raleigh County Parks & Recreation Authority launches free public Wi-Fi at Marsh Fork Memorial Park

Raleigh County, WV (WOAY)- The Raleigh County Parks & Recreation Authority (RCPRA) is making it easier than ever to stay connected!

The RCPRA has launched free public Wi-Fi at Marsh Fork Memorial Park in Naoma, located at 9825 Coal River Road.

The park, built by the Marsh Fork High School Alumni Association, offers walking trails, basketball courts, picnic shelters, a playground, and even fishing access.

Now, visitors can browse the web, stream music or video, or video chat with loved ones while enjoying the outdoors.

Executive Director Molly Williams says the upgrade is all about inclusivity and accessibility, combining nature and technology for a better park experience.

Plus, the new Wi-Fi adds a layer of safety, making it easier to contact emergency services in areas with spotty cell coverage.

No password needed—just show up and log on.
