Beckley, WV (WOAY)- If you’re a local business or organization looking for volunteer opportunities to positively impact your community, we have good news!
The Raleigh County Make It Shine Committee invites businesses and organizations to participate in its county-wide litter sweeps, which start on March 28 and continue on the fourth Thursday of every month.
They encourage volunteers to build teams and rally to clean up litter on their sidewalks, parking lots, and landscape arrays.
Clean-up supplies such as safety vests, orange garbage bags, and litter grabbers will be provided.
