PINEVILLE, WV (WOAY) – The Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating the shooting at Oceana in Wyoming County.
Once the investigation is finished, proper charges will be administered.
“We’ll allow the Sheriff’s Department to finish their investigation,” said Wyoming County Prosecutor Mike Cochrane. “Once complete, we’ll review their report to determine what proper charges to go with. After that, it’s investigative stage right now, so it’s pretty early to determine where we are on it.”
Cochrane will make a determination once more evidence arises from the investigation.
