PRINCETON, WV (WOAY) – The Princeton Fire Department has purchased six new chemical protective suits after receiving funding from a local delegate’s office.
The money for the new suits came from $4,000 in funds granted by Delegate Joe Ellington’s office.
“I would like to thank Delegate Joe Ellington for his support in helping provide this essential
equipment to the Princeton Fire Department that will truly benefit the citizens of the City and Mercer County,” Fire Chief Matt Mould said.
The suits protect emergency workers from chemicals and vapors and will be available to all of Mercer County and parts of McDowell.
