BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – A student-athlete has tested positive for COVID-19.
According to Woodrow Wilson High School Principal Rocky Powell, the Beckley-Raleigh County Health Department notified them of the positive case. The positive case was from the girls volleyball team. Contract tracing is being conducted, and certain areas are being cleaned.
The school will not be closed.
