FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Route 16 in Fayette County is still closed from Chimney Corner to Jenkins Fork Road due to a rockslide.
Fayette County dispatchers tell WOAY a call was first reported to them around 3:30 PM, and the Department of Highways has been notified. According to dispatchers, there were no vehicles or drivers/passengers trapped.
There is currently no estimated time on when the road would reopen.
