HUNTINGTON, WV (WOAY) – A search is ongoing in Cabell County where police say a man fatally shot two women and injured a child.
Law enforcement is looking for Clyde Crawford, a 52-year-old man from Huntington.
It started last night at roughly 5:40 p.m. when officers responded to reports of a shooting on North Staunton Road in Huntington.
Officers found the victims inside a house when they arrived at the scene. One woman was already dead from gunshot wounds, and the other woman and child were taken to the hospital, where the woman died of her injuries.
The child does not have life-threatening injuries, police say.
Police say that Crawford is still on the loose and is the main suspect in the shooting. He is considered to be dangerous.
