Person struck by car on Flat Top Road

RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – One person was injured after being struck by a car Saturday afternoon.

Dispatchers say that at 2:12 p.m., a driver hit the person walking near 2600 Flat Top Road Ghent. Only one person was injured and the accident is under investigation.

Jan Care, Best Ambulance and the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene.
