Open enrollment for MARVEL Center begins this week

RUPERT, WV (WOAY) – The Meadow River Valley Early Childhood Learning Center, known as the MARVEL Center, has some open enrollment dates coming up this week.

This will be the MARVEL Center’s first year as it aims to provide affordable childcare, early childhood learning and after school programs to the kids in the Meadow River Valley area from ages 6 weeks to 12 years.

Executive Director Cari Harper says they’re looking for 30 kids to start out, and they will be having open enrollment on Wednesday and Thursday.

“They can schedule an appointment by calling us or by going through Facebook or just by stopping by if they want to, so here at MARVEL behind the old Rupert Elementary,” she said.

There will be 30-minute intervals between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on both days.
