One injured in motorcycle accident

RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – One person was transported to the hospital after a motorcycle accident today.

Dispatchers say the call came in around 1:27 Sunday afternoon after an accident on I-77 north. Ghent Fire and EMS responded and transported one person to the hospital. The extent of that person’s injuries is unclear.

The scene has since cleared.
