Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) – Officials with the 911 Center in Raleigh County want to alert the public about some emergency vehicle activity in the area.
Teams from various state and federal agencies along with Raleigh County Emergency Services will be out conducting damage assessments. The purpose of the assessment is to validate information about impact to homes and businesses from recent storm activity in our area. They will be taking photos and asking questions to individuals about the damage in the area.
The teams will be marked in vehicles with emergency lights areas throughout Raleigh County. According to EMS officials, the teams will be out Monday, February 24, 2025, only.
