WEST VIRGINIA (WOAY) – Phase One of summer sports training is expected to begin this week.
This means sports physicals will be offered through New River Health Monday through Thursday.
They will have locations for physicals set up at the Oak Hill High School Wellness Center, the Summersville Wellness Center and the Sophia Medical Office.
“If you’re enrolled in the wellness center, we do not charge you,” Chief Medical Officer Angela Barker said. “If you’re not enrolled in our wellness centers, the charge will be minimum $10.”
This will be taking place Monday through Thursday this week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. WVSSAC forms will be provided.
