Beaver, WV (WOAY) New River Community and Technical College (CTC) is now enrolling students for its summer workforce training programs.
The short-term, non-credit courses are designed to prepare people for in-demand careers through hands-on training.
Program options include welding, HVAC, heavy equipment operation, commercial driving, and automotive training.
Courses range from about one week to three months, with some programs offering industry certifications.
Training begins in May and runs through August with flexible daytime scheduling.
