Morris Greenhouses donates 20% of final weeks’ profits to Hospice of Southern West Virgnia

OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – Every year, Morris Greenhouses in Oak Hill uses their last two weeks of their season to donate to a special cause.

As the greenhouse prepares to close for the season on Friday, you still have one more day to make a purchase where 20% will go toward Hospice of Southern West Virginia.

“When you come out and you shop, you buy a nice big combo pot, 20% of that sale just went to the Hospice Organization,” co-owner Sue Morris said. “They’re just such a vital part of our community and anybody who has ever used their services, I honestly believe would say they just don’t know what they would do without them.”

Their hours this week are 9 to 10 am for seniors, the disabled, and the high-risk population and then 10 to 6 p.m. for everyone else.
