Monroe County, WV (WOAY) – Monroe County Schools is adding an additional bus to their fleet.
On Thursday, February 27, 2022, The Bluebird Corporation delivered a new gas school bus to the Monroe County Schools Transportation Department.
Bus 226 is equipped with a Ford 7.3L Godzilla engine and has many new safety features including LED headlights, illuminated School Bus signage on the front and back, an illuminated stop sign, a backup camera, and even a front camera on the grill.
Bus 226 is the third gas bus in the Monroe County Schools fleet.
