Monroe County, WV (WOAY) – The Monroe County Board of Education has found someone to fill a vacant school board seat.
According to a post on the Monroe County Schools Facebook page, the Board interviewed two candidates for the seat vacated by Sabrina Stutts. The Board deliberated and unanimously approved Roho French to fill the vacancy through June 30, 2026.
French will be sworn in following the required school board orientation provided through the WV School Board Association.
