McDowell County, WV (WOAY) – The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a suspect and is requesting the public’s assistance.
Authorities have active arrest warrants for 18-year-old Dakota Nathaniel Steele.
Steele is accused of shoplifting from Newberry’s Food and Fuel.
He is reportedly residing in the Brenton area of Wyoming County.
Authorities state Steele may resolve this matter by turning himself in to a West Virginia law enforcement agency.
