Greenbrier County, WV (WOAY) – A Greenbrier County judge has sentenced a man to three to fifteen years in prison for multiple counts of sexual assault.
Michael Leon Baker was convicted of multiple charges of third-degree sexual assault stemming from incidents involving a male child under the age of 16. The incidents occurred between 2005 and 2006.
After serving his time in prison, he faces up to ten years of home confinement and 50 years of extended supervision.
