Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) – A man has been charged with breaking and entering, along with other crimes.
On December 22, Raleigh County Deputies responded to a call in the Daniels area due to a burglary in progress.
Deputy M. Dunlap saw the suspect, Matthew D. Lester, actively committing a crime. After a short pursuit, Lester was apprehended.
An investigation led to Lester being charged with 2 counts of breaking and entering, grand larceny, and fleeing on foot after committing a felony.
