Lingering Snow Showers Lead To Drier Days

Through the next 60 hours, we should be seeing at least some type of rainfall through most of the region. It wont be widespread, nor heavy rain, but it will not be a completely dry 60 hours. Snow showers linger through Sunday, before becoming drier heading into the early week.

As we look ahead to next week, there are signals that another storm system will make its way through the region with another shot at rain/snow. This system looks to be very dependent on temperatures as well to determine who has the best shot at accumulating snowfall, if anyone.

Looking at that full 7 day forecast, in exception to the 20% chance of lingering flurries on Sunday. Monday-Wednesday appear to be fairly dry with the chance that another system comes through late Wednesday night into Thursday and Friday. We will continue to track this system and if anything comes behind it, because models are still very different on the timing this system comes through. So far, any day from Thursday-Saturday appear to be days that the system could come through on. Stay tuned for the latest details as they come out!
