Charleston, WV (WOAY) The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly incident involving a motorcycle and downed power lines.
Deputies responded to Rutledge Road at 7:58 p.m. on Tuesday after a motorcycle encountered a tree that had fallen across the roadway.
