Pineville, WV (WOAY) The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department and Pineville Police Department are partnering to conduct a safety checkpoint in the area on Friday, August 21.
The checkpoint will take place along WV Route 10 at the Pineville Library from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The purpose of the checkpoint is to encourage traffic safety and seat belt usage to reduce vehicle accidents.
