Lindside, WV (WOAY) – Monroe County school officials have made the decision to move graduation indoors due to impending weather.
James Monroe seniors will get their diplomas in the gymnasium at 7:00 p.m.
According to the Monroe County Schools webpage, ticket holders will be directed to the chairs on the floor. All others will be seated in the bleachers.
Handicapped parking for the event will be available in the first row. The bottom row of the bleachers is marked off for Handicapped individuals.
In an effort to keep people from standing in the rain, the side door close to the Art Room will be the entrance for the ceremony. Doors will open at 6:00 PM.
