With winter storms comes winter precipitation. With winter precipitation comes headaches. Utility workers, such as those with AEP, have been out in droves already across the Mountain State, preparing for the arrival of a large winter storm. This winter storm will have its wrath felt throughout the country from West Texas to the Northeast, bringing with it all winter precipitation types.
