History rings in Welch on the 103rd anniversary of Hatfield and Chambers assassination

Welch, WV (WOAY)- West Virginia’s history was once again in the spotlight. 

This time, it was a bell ringing and a clock running above a set of stairs that witnessed some of the state’s most significant history on August 1, 103 years ago.
