Rain will overspread the region overnight with ponding of water in poor drainage spots by Thursday afternoon.
Rivers and streams will crest on Friday. The Greenbrier River at Anderson has the best chance of reaching near flood stage on Friday. Saturday brings the second flood risk in a week.
