Greenbrier Valley Airport receives $5 Million grant

Earlier today, Governor Jim Justice presented the Greenbrier Valley Airport with a $5 million grant.

The funding is to be used for terminal rehabilitation and runway renovations.

This will allow the airport to increase its gate space, expand airline services, and fully resurface its 150-foot wide runway along with many other improvements.

The funding stems from the West Virginia Department of Transportation’s 2024 budget and a non-federal match fund for runway renovation.
