Putnam County, WV (WOAY) Governor Patrick Morrisey says global engineering group Sandvik and Alpha Metallurgical Resources will establish a manufacturing venture in Putnam County.
The two companies will spend $25 million and create at least 120 new jobs.
Work at the Putnam County site will focus on rock bolt and resin capsule manufacturing and could expand over time.
Morrisey said the new site will boost the local economy.
