Gov. Justice orders all patients, staff at WV nursing homes to take COVID-19 test

CHARLESTON, WV (WOAY) – Gov. Jim Justice has issued an executive order to require all patients and staff members at every nursing home in West Virginia to take a COVID-19 test.

The executive order comes due to discrepancies about testing arising out of nursing homes.  He said if someone has already been tested, they will get tested again.

Nursing facilities have become hot spots for the COVID-19 virus.
