CHARLESTON, WV (WOAY) – Gov. Jim Justice says he is closing all state park campgrounds.
Justice says this is necessary because out-of-state people are coming in, and we don’t want them to come in.
He is also issuing an executive order that if you are a high-risk person coming from a high-risk area, Justice says you must quarantine yourself for 14 days.
