Gov. Jim Justice has issued a stay at home order

CHARLESTON, WV (WOAY) – Gov. Jim Justice has announced he is issuing a stay at home order.

A stay home order is not martial law, Justice says.

Justice announces that the stay at home order and all non-essential businesses will take effect by 8 pm on Tuesday, March 24, 2020.
