Front Promises Weekend Chill; Frost

WOAY-TV (Oak Hill, WV): Following a warm end to the week under deep blue sky, expect a drop or two Saturday morning and then much cooler weather to follow!

Friday will be the warmest day and Saturday and Sunday will almost tie for the coolest days in the next 7-days. A cold front will come through between 7 a.m. and Noon with one or two spits of rain, adding up to 0.15″ (just enough to wet the pavement). The breeze will pick up and we will be in and out of the clouds.

Between 4-7 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday, expect frost in places like Rainelle, Danese, Richwood, Marlinton and Meadow Bridge as temperatures drop into the middle 30s under a clear sky and calm wind. Temperatures rebound nicely for the second half of the week.
