Free COVID-19 testing coming to Wyoming County

WYOMING COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Free COVID-19 testing will take place in Wyoming County next week.

To increase COVID-19 testing opportunities for minorities and other vulnerable populations, the Herbert Henderson Office of Minority Affairs, WV Department of Health and Human Resources, WV National Guard, and Wyoming County Health Department are providing free testing on June 22, 23, and 25, 2020, in Wyoming County.

June 22 from 9 am to 12 pm at the Berline McKinney Elementary School in Oceana.

June 22 from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm at Palisades Park in Pineville.

June 23 from 1 to 4 pm at City Parking Lot in Mullens.

June 25 from 9 am to 12 pm at Lizard Creek Park Road in Hanover.

The testing is available to all individuals in Wyoming County, including asymptomatic individuals. Proof of insurance is not required.

Identification, such as a driver’s license or proof of address, will be required to be tested.
