Bluefield, VA (WOAY) – Southwest, VA country club welcomes new golf instructor.
According to the Fincastle Bluefield VA Facebook page, for the first time in over a decade Fincastle has a PGA instructor. Nick Boyea is the new Director of Instruction at the country club.
Boyea comes to Southwest Va from the Pete Dye River Course of Virginia Tech, where he led the Operation 36 Golf Academy. Nick is a native of Newburgh, NY. He attended college at North Carolina State University and has dedicated his career to helping golfers improve their game.
As Fincastle’s lead instructor Boyea will focus on private instruction, group clinics, academies, and camps for juniors. He plans on also creating an elite instructional experience for players of all ages and skill levels.
Nick officially starts on April 3.
