Beckley, WV (WOAY)—As the temperatures fall, families and individuals are looking for winter essentials such as coats.
A few state and county organizations want to make sure everyone has what they need
The Raleigh County Family Support Center, Prevention Coalition, and West Virginia Department of Health and Human Services are hosting a Feel the Warmth event on Thursday, October 24, in Word Park from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
There will be free coats, hot dogs, and hot chocolate, as well as a resource fair where participants can gather information to assist them and their families throughout the winter months.
