Fayette County Schools to provide free meals to children under federally funded Summer Food Service program

Oak Hill, WV (WOAY)—Fayette County Schools is sponsoring the federally funded Summer Food Service program to offer breakfast and lunch to children ages 18 and under. 

Breakfast will be available from 7:00 am to 8:00 am, and lunch will be provided from 11:00 am to noon. 

Meals will be served at Divide and Meadow Bridge Elementary schools from June 12 through July 31.  

Meals will be provided at New River Intermediate and Valley PK-8 from June 17 to July 26. 

Oak Hill High School will also serve meals starting on June 17.   

The program will not serve meals on national holidays and will be closed in observance of Juneteenth on June 19-21 and Independence Day on July 4-5.
