OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – While a lot of jobs are at risk during the COVID-19 pandemic, one company is looking to hire caregivers to help the elderly.
Owner and Nurse Nancy Collins say Essential Needs will remain open and needs several backup caregivers. She fears that patients will go without care if their primary caregiver has to self-isolate.
“I’m trying to hire backup caregivers that can go into the home, be trained and go into the home so that the clients are never without help when they need it,” said Nurse and Owner of Essential Needs Nancy Collins.
