OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – WOAY News has confirmed one person has been transported to a medical facility following a home incident Tuesday in Oak Hill.
According to dispatchers, the Oak Hill, Fayetteville, and Mount Hope fire departments responded to a call on Richards Street in Oak Hill, near multiple local businesses. Details remain unclear on what caused the incident.
A neighbor tells WOAY that it happened around 1:30pm today. She saw a teenage girl on fire who was stop-drop-and-rolling in the yard. They tried to airlift her but couldn’t due to weather. Had severe burns on her abdomen
