Community organization gives back to county conservatees

FAYETTEVILLE, WV (WOAY) – Members of a local community organization are giving back to people under the care of the Fayette County sheriff’s office.

Sheriff Mike Fridley said the Titus 2 Community Women dropped off goods for people under the Fayette County Sheriff’s conservatorship.

The group is a Christian organization that’s made up of 18 women that represent 9 churches.

Fridley said it’s yet another example of Fayette County citizens taking care of each other.

“We are truly blessed to serve such a wonderful community here in Fayette County,” said Sheriff Fridley. “It’s days like this, when we see Fayette County citizens taking care of one another, that we can know for certain Fayette County is the best.”
