Charleston, WV (WOAY) In Charleston, residents impacted by the August 16 flooding can get help with cleanup and recovery.
Cleaning supplies are available at the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center during regular operating hours, or residents can call 2-1-1 for assistance.
The city is also operating separate trucks for household trash and flood debris.
