Summersville, WV (WOAY)-Are you or someone you know experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing your home?
The city of Summersville is hosting a resource fair this Thursday, October 16, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Summersville Baptist Church Family Life Center.
The event theme is “Know Someone, Tell Someone“.
The event will offer a range of free services, including hot meals, health care, haircuts, recovery and veterans services, hygiene and food bags, clothing, and laundry supplies.
Free transportation is available through the MTA, with pickups in Richwood, Craigsville, Mount Nebo, Birch River, and the Summersville merchants’ walk lot.
Organizers say these services are open to anyone in need.
