Blustery Days Ahead; Tropical Storm Rafael Emerges

Today has been a windy day for our region, especially our western counties where gusts of 25 miles per hour were observed. Otherwise, the weather has been pleasant with mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the 60s.

We finally see decent chances for rain as the week progresses. Tropical Storm Rafael has also been named just recently, and we may see the storm in our area late this weekend. Christian Boteler breaks down the details.
