Bluefield, VA (WOAY) _ Bluefield University is working to make college more affordable for students freezing tuition for the 2025-2026 school year. The university made the move to focus on reducing financial barriers for students while maintaining its Christian based academic mission.
Travis Roberts, Vice President of Enrollment Management and Marketing said: “The tuition freeze last year reflected our dedication to providing a high-quality education that remains within reach for families. “Through tuition discounts, financial aid, and support for Virginia residents, we are able to make Bluefield a practical option for students seeking an education.”
The university highlights the value it offers students, especially those from Virginia who qualify for the Virginia Tuition Assistance Grant (VTAG). Federal aid as well as cost reductions, combined with institutional discounts, prove that a private college education can be both accessible and affordable.
