Bluefield, WV (WOAY)- A Bluefield man is facing criminal charges in Mercer County.
The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department reports that on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, Detective Corporal M. T. Hatfield and Lieutenant S.A. Sommers arrested 39-year-old Brian L. Mclean.
Mclean faces six counts of incest, six counts of first-degree sexual assault involving a child under 12, and six counts of sexual abuse by a parent.
Lieutenant Sommers is leading the investigation.
